Project ROUNDTABLE
Documentation for the Department of the Navy industry engagement hub
Project ROUNDTABLE is a web application for a Department of the Navy (DoN) industry-engagement pilot associated with CSO N66001-26-S-C129 and Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific). It gives industry organizations a place to describe what they can do, and gives Navy staff a shared record of organizations, submissions, and meetings.
The documentation is split into two sections. Pick the one that matches what you need to do.
User guide

What the system is — and is not
ROUNDTABLE is an engagement and discovery pilot. It is not a contract-award system, and it must not be used to send proposals or source-selection information. Every submission page repeats that warning. See What you may and may not send.
- An organization record is a participant identity, not proof of qualification.
- A submission is information you shared, not a bid or an award.
- A match is an automated suggestion that helps a submission reach the right Navy experts; it is not a government decision.
- An engagement is a Navy record of a meeting or event that took place.
